On the 14th of May, Graham Atkinson came onto the Weekending show with Bill Grisdale to talk about The Scout Association’s 2011 World Jamboree.

The Scout Association is the world's largest youth movement promoting the development of young people to reach their own potential by providing an enjoyable and attractive scheme of progressive training.

The Northumberland Scout County are sending forty scouts to Sweden to represent the North East of England.

As a voluntary youth movement and a registered charity all operating costs come from the hard work of the members who fundraise on the charity's behalf.
